OPI The Show Must Go On!
OPI The Show Must Go On! is my all time favourite duochrome. It's a beautiful foil which is hot pink in the sunlight and oh so shiny. Then in the shade it flashes orange/gold. Absolutely stunning. I used three coats to reach full opacity, as there were a couple of bald spots still after two coats. I've had it on for four days (a long time for me to stick with one colour) and no chips at all! Impossible to capture on camera though sadly.

My new favourite wedges!
I'm not the tallest girl around, so I tend to gravitate towards heels and wedges in my shoe choices. Although my feet don't always like my choices in footwear, after a long search I have finally found the perfect wedges. They tick all the boxes; leather, over 10cm high, and Italian. The longest period I have worn these for was 10 hours, and my feet didn't suffer at all.
They're so good I had the get a similar version in tan...
I also use a Party Feet Gel Cushion for extra cushioning, and that extra touch makes these shoes perfection.

Topshop Melbourne
I am addicted to online shopping. I have a bad habit of browsing throughout the week, building my wish list and saved items and then come pay day I've made at least two orders from various sites. Topshop tops my list of most visited sites. More than Facebook or Twitter. So when I heard Topshop was opening in Melbourne I was beyond excited. Ever since my sister introduced me to Topshop after her trip to England I have been obsessed with it. On my first visit to Topshop Chapel St I made several purchases:
These adorable studded slippers instantly called to me as they are very Christian Louboutin inspired, without the pricetag. Instant wardrobe staple.
I have loved these boots since I saw them online a few months ago, but when I saw them in person it was true love. Although I love anything leopard print, so I'm a bit biased. They're so comfortable and the perfect fit around the ankle to wear with either skinny jeans or bare legs and shorts. I'm considering getting them in snakeskin, glitter and black as well. Or is that a bit extreme...
Finally what I was most excited about. The nail polish. Topshop online does not ship nail polish to Australia, so I had no idea what to expect from this. I'm usually committed to OPI, occasionally flirting with China Glaze or Glitter Gal, so I was pleasantly surprised with the topshop range. They had cremes and foils, all for $AU10 which is quite reasonable. I picked up Cosmic Karma, a beautiful light blue foil with silver undertones.
The formula was fantastic, and nearly a one coater! I only did two because I don't feel comfortable only doing one. Weird, I know. The only thing I didn't love about this polish was the brush. The brush wasn't wide enough, and the bristles weren't firm enough making it slightly difficult to apply. I've had it on for two days now with no chips, so all around a winner in my books! Will definitely be buying some more Topshop nail polish!

A little bit about me.
I'm Astrid. I'm 23. I live in Melbourne. And I have an addiction to nail polish and shoes.
This is where I will attempt to justify my addiction by sharing the best of both.
